Hi! I decided to do some tests, to compare the ‘stock’ Pahoehoe black polyurethene strings with the Aquila Thundergut strings I’ve just put on my UBass. I will do a more in-depth comparison between the original stock Pahoehoe strings and these new (for me anyway) white nylon-ish strings.
